The product itself is good and works well on my 2010 Impala, but I did have to wait longer than expected for it to arrive. The window regulator is functional, and it was an easy swap, but I would have liked faster shipping.

Fairly Easy Installation, Works Great
I bought this for my 2008 Chevrolet Impala. The installation was pretty straightforward, but the instructions could've been a bit clearer. Once I got it in, the window moved smoothly and quietly. Happy with the performance so far!

Disappointed with Product Quality
I had high hopes for this TRQ window regulator motor assembly since it was compatible with my 2014 Impala, but unfortunately, it stopped working after just a few weeks. I'm really frustrated because I thought it would last longer. Won't be buying again.

Solid Replacement Part for My Impala
Installed this TRQ window regulator motor assembly on my 2012 Impala last week. It fit perfectly on the passenger side, and the window works like new now! The motor is nice and quiet compared to the old one. Very pleased with this purchase!
