The Tusk radiator hose kit adds that factory look to your bike without breaking the bank. Designed to withstand extreme conditions and improve the cooling efficiency of your machine. Silicone hoses are reinforced with embedded fibers to be extremely strong. The inner diameter has a smooth finish to improve the flow behavior. The Tusk hoses are thicker than the OEM to increase the pressure tolerance. Add some look and functionality to your motorcycle, ATV, and UTV with Tusk parts and accessories.
I had high hopes for this Tusk hose kit for my 2003 YZ250, but the lower hose didn’t fit as expected. I had to modify it a bit, which was frustrating. The color was nice, but I expected better fitment right out of the box.

Great color, but had trouble fitting
I loved the blue color of these radiator hoses for my Yamaha YZ250, but I had some trouble getting the upper hose to fit properly. It took a bit of tweaking to get it right. Once I got it to work, it performed well, but I expected a smoother installation.

The Tusk radiator hose kit I bought for my 2022 YZ250 is fantastic! Super easy to install and the blue color really makes my bike stand out. The hoses feel solid and I haven’t had any leaks so far. Definitely a worthwhile upgrade!

Good hoses, but delivery was slow
The Tusk radiator hose kit I got for my 2021 YZ250 works just fine and looks nice in blue. However, I was a little disappointed with how long it took to arrive. Still, the product itself is sturdy and does the job, so I'm happy overall!
