Unfortunately, the mirror head arrived with some scratches on it. I understand these things can happen during shipping, but it was disappointing. I reached out about a replacement, so hopefully that goes well. It seems like a decent product aside from that.

Good Functionality, but Lacks Instructions
The mirror head works well for my needs, but I found the installation instructions a bit confusing. Once I figured it out, it was a breeze to install. Just wish the packaging had clearer steps included!
