I was really looking forward to using the Singing Rock auto-blocking device, but it arrived with a dent. It seems like it may have been dropped in shipping. I reached out to customer service, but I'm still waiting for a replacement. This is frustrating for a safety device!

Decent but could use clearer instructions
I like the Singing Rock Locker device, it works well when I remember to use it properly. My only issue was that the instructions were a bit vague, and it took a couple of tries to figure it out. Once I got the hang of it, it's been a handy piece for my climbing trips.
