The water pump kit works fine for my 1999 Mercury Mountaineer, and installation wasn’t too hard. However, it took longer than I expected to arrive. If they could improve shipping speed, I’d give it a higher rating.

Great fit for my 2000 Explorer
I installed this water pump kit in my 2000 Ford Explorer and it fit perfectly. The parts are solid and seem well-made. After a few weeks of driving, no leaks at all! Definitely a smart buy for anyone with a similar V8 engine.

Received damaged parts
I was disappointed when I opened the package. One of the components in the pump kit was damaged, which made it impossible to install. I reached out to customer service, but the process took too long. Wouldn’t recommend due to this issue.
