LeatherColors is a water based penetrating leather dye for use on natural veg-tanned tooling leather. Its great for overall solid color dyeing or background dyeing. Also use for floral, figure and pictorial coloring. Do not use on suede.
The Fiebing's dye works well on leather, but I accidentally spilled some on my table and it stained badly. So just be cautious where you use it!

Perfect for restoring old leather
I used this water-based dye to restore an old leather bag. The medium brown color revived its look completely. It’s permanent and penetrates deep, which is just what I needed!

Great dye for leather projects!
I used Fiebing's Medium Brown dye on some old leather shoes and they turned out fantastic! The color is rich and penetrates well. Just make sure to apply a few coats for a solid finish.

Solid but takes time to dry
This leather dye gives a nice medium brown shade and is easy to use. My only issue is that it took a bit longer to dry than I expected. Still, the result was worth it!

Not quite the color I wanted
I was aiming for a deep brown but this came out a bit lighter. It’s still a nice dye, so I’m not too upset, but just be aware if you're looking for something darker.
