I applied Fiebing's Mink Oil on my shoes, and while it definitely makes them water-resistant, the color darkened a lot more than I anticipated. If you're okay with a slight color change, it does offer solid protection.

Great for protecting my leather boots
I used Fiebing's Mink Oil Paste on my brown leather boots, and they look amazing! The weatherproofing really works, and I've noticed they repel water much better now. Just be sure to apply it evenly for the best results!

Good, but a bit messy to apply
The mink oil paste does a solid job of weatherproofing my shoes, but it can be kinda messy to work with. I got it on my hands, and it took a bit of scrubbing to get off. Still, my shoes feel more durable against the elements now!

Arrived damaged, but product is good
I was disappointed to find the container was dented when it arrived. Luckily, the mink oil paste itself works well for waterproofing my leather boots. Just wish it had a better packaging process.
