These Tuff Support lift supports work well on my 2012 Highlander. They hold the glass perfectly, but the delivery took longer than expected. I really liked the quality, though, so I guess it was worth the wait!

Perfect fit for my Highlander

Not impressed, arrived damaged
Unfortunately, one of the lift supports arrived with a dent. It still works, but I expected better build quality. I may just buy from a different brand next time. Disappointed with this purchase.

Okay, but installation could be better
The lift supports do their job well once installed, but the instructions were a bit unclear. I struggled a little getting the old ones off, but after some effort, they work great! Just wish the packaging was a bit better.
