3M Black Super Weatherstrip Adhesive is designed specifically to bond rubber gaskets and weatherstripping to metal surfaces. This flexible, high-strength adhesive helps ensure a tight waterproof seal on car doors, trunks, sun roofs and more. It cures fast and works right out of the tube, holding rubber weatherstripping in place and resisting heat, vibration, oils and detergents.
This adhesive worked perfectly for my weatherstripping project. Easy to apply, and I love the black color, as it doesn’t show dirt like other colors. Really happy with my purchase!

Not as strong as I'd hoped
I had high expectations for this 3M adhesive, but it started coming apart after a few weeks outside. Maybe I wasn’t using it right, but I’m a bit disappointed. Wish it lasted longer!

Decent adhesive, but tricky to apply
I found the 1 fl oz pack of this adhesive sufficient, but applying it was a bit finicky. The nozzle could be better for precision. Still, it stuck well once I got it on!

Strong bond for all my projects
This 3M weatherstrip adhesive really does the trick. I used it to seal some gaps in my windows, and it held up well even in the rain. The black color blends in nicely too!
