Dyna-Pro Paintable Rubberized Undercoating is a fast-drying, flexible, durable undercoating that can be painted with standard refinish paint systems to match any OEM color desired.
The product itself is great, but I received my gallon of undercoating with a dented can. Luckily, it didn’t leak, but I was worried at first. The undercoating is thick and does a good job, just wish the packaging was a bit more secure during shipping!

Solid Undercoating for My Car
I used the 3M Dynatron Dyna-Pro paintable rubberized undercoating on my old truck, and it worked like a charm. The gallon size was more than enough to cover the undercarriage, and I loved that I could paint over it afterward. Just make sure to let it dry completely before applying paint, or it might mess with the finish!

Easy to Apply, Good Coverage
This rubberized undercoating from 3M is pretty easy to apply. I just used a spray gun, and it went on smoothly. The 1-gallon size gave me plenty of product, and I feel confident it’ll protect against rust. Just a heads up, it has a strong smell, so be sure to work in a well-ventilated area!

Mixed Feelings About This Product
So I bought the Dyna-Pro undercoating for my DIY project, and it did the job protecting my vehicle, but the instructions weren’t super clear. It took a couple of tries to get it right. It’s decent once applied, but I expected a bit more given the brand.

I was excited to use this undercoating, but it didn’t adhere as well as I hoped. I followed the instructions, but some areas peeled off after a few weeks. It might be fine for others, but I won’t be using it again for my projects. Just not what I wanted.
