I expected more from this 3M product. I found it didn't remove some deeper scratches as advertised. Maybe I had higher hopes, but it just didn’t deliver for me. I’d rate it a 2 based on my experience with it.

Excellent for Car Detailing
I used the 3M Perfect-It II rubbing compound for detailing my car, and wow, it really brought out the shine! The 1-gallon size is perfect for multiple applications. Definitely worth it if you're serious about maintaining your car's finish.

Good for Professional Use
As a professional detailer, I appreciate the results I get with 3M's rubbing compound. It cuts through imperfections effectively. However, I wish the instructions were clearer on the application process. Still, it’s solid for a gallon product.

This rubbing compound works well for removing scratches, but it can get a bit messy. I had to use more than I expected, which is why I’m giving it a 3. Still, the shine on my paint is impressive after using it!
