I was excited to upgrade my 2017 Honda CR-V with these spark plugs, but they arrived with some damage — the tips were bent. I reached out to customer service, but it took forever to get a response. I'm a bit disappointed, as I wanted to get them installed right away.

Great Performance Boost!
I replaced my old spark plugs with these NGK Laser Iridium ones for my 2019 CR-V, and wow, what a difference! The engine runs smoother and the acceleration is noticeably better. Super easy to install too, just followed a quick tutorial online. Worth every penny!

Solid, But Confusing Installation Instructions
These spark plugs seem to be doing their job well with my 2020 CR-V. However, the installation instructions were a bit tricky for me to follow at first. I got it done after a couple of tries, but I wish it came with clearer guidance. Performance-wise, they’re solid!
