The spark plugs themselves are great, really improved my 2.0L H4 engine's performance. However, it took longer than expected to arrive. I was eager to get them installed, and waiting a week was a bit frustrating. All's well that ends well, though!

Disappointed with quality control
Received the spark plugs, but one had a damaged electrode right out of the box. Not what I wanted for my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek. I had to return the whole set. I expected better from NGK given their reputation. Will try a different brand next time.

Not what I expected
I bought these NGK spark plugs for my 2019 Crosstrek, hoping for a performance upgrade, but they didn't really meet my expectations. I felt like my old plugs were just as good. Maybe I just expected too much? Anyway, they work, but not a huge difference for me.
