Decent filters, but some packaging issues
I liked the filters, they do a good job, but the packaging came a bit damaged. They still work fine, but I wish they had arrived in better condition. Just a minor hiccup!

Good filters but delivery was late

One filter arrived damaged
I was excited to get the FW1 filters, but one arrived with a crack. I contacted customer service, and they were helpful in resolving the issue, but it was a bit of a hassle. The rest are fine though!
