The spark plugs themselves seem to work well, installed easily in my 2009 F-150. I noticed an improvement in fuel efficiency. However, it took longer than expected for them to arrive, which was a bit frustrating. Still, I'm satisfied with the product.

Great performance boost!
I installed these NGK Iridium IX spark plugs in my 2010 F-150 with the 5.4L V8 and wow, what a difference! Better throttle response and smoother idling. The factory plugs were worn out, and these really brought my truck back to life. Worth every penny!
