The product itself is working well in my 2019 Express 3500, but I did have to wait longer than I anticipated for shipping. Once it arrived, the installation was easy and it functions well. Just be ready for a bit of a wait!

Not perfect, but decent
The climate control panel is functional, but I found the instructions a bit confusing. It took longer than expected to install. Still, it works well once set up, handling both A/C and heat smoothly for my 2015 Chevy Express.

Defective right out of the box
I was really excited to install the climate control panel, but unfortunately, it arrived defective. The A/C control didn’t respond at all. I had to return it and go with a different brand. Very disappointed!
