Disappointed with the quality

Great lift supports but shipping was delayed
These struts work well for my 2010 Grand Cherokee. They hold up the tailgate nicely. The only downside was the delivery took longer than expected, which was a bit annoying. Other than that, no complaints!

Decent but had a hiccup
The lift supports are solid and do the job for my 2006 Grand Cherokee. However, one of the struts was a bit stiff at first and took some time to loosen up. But now they’re functioning well! Just wish the shipping was a bit quicker.
