The reason for jamming when the expansion cabin slips out may be that the gear is worn or broken, and only the sliding gear needs to be replaced.This is a 18 teeth replacement for Through Frame RV slide-outs. replacement 18 tooth gear that will get your rig up and running like usual. The use of original manufacturers names and part numbers is for reference purposes only. Please reference your owners manual before purchase to ensure compatibility.
The spur gear works well and fits my RV slide-out just fine, but it took a week longer to arrive than I expected. Not a big deal since it’s working now, but I’d suggest ordering earlier if you need it fast.

Broke After a Few Uses
I’m disappointed with this replacement gear. It fit well and was easy to install, but it broke after just a couple uses. I expected it to last longer, especially for my RV slide-out. Not happy with this purchase.

Good Quality but Color Mismatch
I liked the quality of this spur gear from AAIOV, but it didn’t match the original part’s color. It’s a minor issue since it’s inside the mechanism, but still, worth noting. Works as expected, though!
