The ACDelco actuator itself works well and fixed my HVAC issue, but I was a bit disappointed with the delivery time. It took almost a week longer than expected. The part is solid and performs its job, just wish the shipping was faster.

Great replacement for my old actuator
I replaced the heating and air conditioning panel mode door actuator in my Chevy with this ACDelco part and it fit like a glove! The air flow is much improved now that the door is moving correctly. Installation was straightforward too, even for someone like me who's not super handy.

Arrived damaged, but works fine now
When I got the ACDelco actuator, the packaging was all messed up and I thought it was broken. After a quick inspection, it turned out to work just fine. It's a bit of a gamble with the delivery, but at least it functions as intended now!
