ACDelco Specialty Air Lift Shocks are designed to help provide better handling for temporary situations, such as when a vehicle hauls a heavy load or tows a trailer. They have an adjustable air pressure, between 25 and 200 psi, and up to 1,100 lbs (per pair) of load-carrying capacity. Under loaded conditions, these shocks help maintain level vehicle height by adding or releasing air as needed, assisting in the stabilization of alignment angles, reducing other suspension component wear, improving handling, and reducing the risk of bottoming out. ACDelco Specialty Air Lift Shocks are ideal for temporary load hauling, including towing boats and trailers. Not to exceed vehicle GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating). Product does not increase payload.
I had high expectations for these ACDelco shock absorbers, but they feel a bit flimsy compared to my old ones. They function just fine, but I'm not sure they'll last as long. Time will tell, I guess.

Great upgrade for my truck!
I recently installed the ACDelco Specialty 504-539 rear air lift shock absorbers on my truck, and they make a big difference. The ride is smoother, especially when I load up the bed for camping trips. Highly recommend if you want better handling!

Solid performance but arrived late
The ACDelco shock absorbers work well and have improved my truck's stability. However, they took longer to ship than I expected. Still happy with the product, just wish the timing had been better.

Easy to install and effective!

Disappointed with the quality
I really wanted to love these shock absorbers, but one of them started leaking after only a few weeks. I expected better from ACDelco. Customer service was helpful, but it’s still a hassle to deal with.
