Unfortunately, the latch handle I received was damaged upon arrival. It looked like it had been crushed during shipping. I’m trying to get a replacement, which has been a hassle. Disappointed with the service.

Fits well but looks cheap
I got the Acropix latch for my 2016 CX-5, and while it fits as advertised, I have to say it looks a bit less premium than the original. It works fine, but I was hoping for a more polished finish. Not bad for the price though.

Decent but had a shipping delay
The latch itself works fine and fits my Mazda well, but I had to wait a week longer than expected for delivery. Once it arrived, it was easy to install. Just wish the shipping had been quicker!
