The heated feature of this cleaner is a game-changer for my detailing business. However, I wish the hose was a bit longer. Makes it tricky to reach some areas without repositioning. Still, it's powerful and effective!

This extractor works pretty well for general cleaning, but I found the instructions a bit lacking. The 15-foot hose is nice, but it can get tangled easily. Could be better, but it gets the job done!
