Disappointed by quality issues
Received my hitch and it had a small dent. I was hoping for better quality since it was advertised as heavy-duty aluminum. It works fine, but the dent makes it look cheap. Not what I expected.

Good hitch but delivery was late
The hitch itself is really good and fits my 2.5-inch receiver perfectly. I like the adjustable drop feature. Just wished it would have arrived on time, it took an extra week. But it works great now!
