AISIN Form-In-Place-Gaskets are a type of gasket that is applied in liquid form and then hardened to create a seal, eliminating the need for traditional pre-cut gaskets. Form-In-Place Gasket Sealant is the same sealant used by vehicle manufacturers and is preferred by factory technicians due to its superior formulation and consistent quality. High viscosity and elasticity formula stays where you put it for ease of component installation and excellent sealing properties. Common uses include: water pumps, flanges, cooling system components, valve covers, oil pans, timing chain covers, and more.
I used the Aisin Form-In-Place Gasket Sealant on my car's oil pan, and it worked wonders! The 3oz tube was just the right amount, and the black color matched perfectly with my vehicle. It set quickly and created a solid seal without any leaks. Definitely a go-to for future projects!

Disappointed with initial performance
