Installed this Aisin actuator on my Highlander, and it fit like a glove. However, the instructions weren't super clear, so I had to watch a video to understand it fully. But it’s working just fine now!

Works but shipping was slow
The actuator arrived later than expected, but once I got it, it worked well for my Toyota Highlander. It locks and unlocks smoothly. Just wish the delivery could have been faster!

Malfunctioned after a month
I was initially happy with this actuator, but it stopped working after a month of use. Not sure if I got a defective unit, but now I have to replace it sooner than I thought. Disappointed!

Perfect solution for a common problem

Easy installation and works great!
I replaced the door lock latch actuator on my 2015 Highlander with this Aisin model. Installation was straightforward and it fits perfectly on the front right passenger side. So relieved to have a functioning lock again!
