The door lock actuator works well but took longer to arrive than expected. I had to call customer service for tracking, which was a bit frustrating. Once I got it installed, everything functioned correctly, so it all worked out in the end!

Not what I expected
I installed the Aisin actuator, but it stopped working after a couple of weeks. It locked and unlocked fine at first, but now it's stuck. I'm disappointed since I thought it would last longer. Looking for a replacement now.
