All Balls Carburetor Repair Kit 26-1430 Arctic Cat 454 2x4/4x4 1996-1998 Kits include all of the necessary components to repair a carburetor. ATV models with two carburetors include components to repair two carburetors. Kit includes all O-rings, gaskets, jets, needle, mixture screw, float bowl screws, float valve needle and seat. OEM jet sizes are included in the kit. NBR rubber material is used on all O-rings and rubber gaskets NBR has excellent resistance to the ethanol used in todays fuels. Applications that use paper float bowl gaskets are upgraded to High Performance Interface Gasket material. Components included in the kits are based off of US models and discretion must be used when attempting to install the kit on a non US model. Off road use only.
I replaced the carburetor on my 1997 Arctic Cat 454 2x4 with this kit. The fit was spot on, and I completed the installation in under an hour. The ATV now runs like new, and it’s much more responsive. Very happy with my purchase!

Decent Kit but Instructions Lacked Clarity
The All Balls carburetor kit worked well once I figured it out. My 1997 Arctic Cat 454 2x4 runs better now, but the instructions could have been more detailed. I had to watch a few YouTube videos to get it right. Overall, it’s a solid product, just be ready for some trial and error!

Great Upgrade for My Arctic Cat
I bought this All Balls carburetor kit for my 1998 Arctic Cat 454 4x4 and wow, what a difference it made! The power is back and the engine runs super smooth now. Installation was straightforward, and all the parts fit perfectly. Definitely a good investment for anyone with an older model!

Not So Great for My ATV
I was really hopeful about this All Balls kit for my 1996 Arctic Cat 454 4x4, but it didn’t perform as expected. It started leaking fuel after a couple of weeks, which was super frustrating. Maybe I just got a bad one, but I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.

Good Kit But Took a While to Arrive
While the All Balls carburetor kit has been great for my 1998 Arctic Cat 454 2x4, I was disappointed with how long it took to ship. Once I got it, installation was a breeze and the ATV runs great. Just wish it hadn’t taken over a week to get here!
