I thought the All Balls Racing carb kit would fix my starting issues on the Polaris 550 Classic, but it didn’t do the trick. Some parts seemed different than the originals, and I ended up needing more adjustments than it was worth. Disappointed with this purchase.

Installation could be clearer
The All Balls Racing rebuild kit for my 2001 Polaris 550 Classic had all the necessary parts, but the instructions were a bit vague. It took me a couple of tries to get everything right. Once installed, the carburetor worked great, so I’m mostly happy, just wish the guide was better!
