Black anodized two-piece aluminum bracket clamps around tubing with 5/16'' hex head fasteners and has a 1/2''-13 tapped hole on each side. Mounting stud and nut sold separately.
This ballast bracket does the job well, but I found the included hardware a bit lacking. I had to use my own screws to get a secure fit. Still, the bracket itself is well made and does its job just fine.
