Sturdy but arrived with minor scratches
Overall, the Aluma Tow ball mount is sturdy and does its job well. However, when it arrived, I noticed a few scratches on the surface, which was a bit disappointing. It works well with my 2" receiver, so I’m happy with the performance, just not the packaging quality.

Disappointed—Stopped Working After a Few Uses
I really wanted to like the Aluma Tow 6" drop ball mount, but unfortunately, it stopped holding securely after only a few uses. It was great initially, but now I don't feel safe towing my trailer. I think I just got a defective one.

Good, but could use clearer instructions
I bought the Aluma Tow 6" drop ball mount for my truck and it works fine. However, the instructions that came with it were a bit vague, which made the installation a bit tricky for me. Once I figured it out, it's been great for towing.
