203785 Go-Kart Torque Converter Symmetric Belt (Comet TAV2 Series 40 and Manco Replacement) The replacement go-kart belt for Series 40 Comet TAV2 style torque converters replaces the Comet belt numbers 203785, 203785A, and Manco 12346. This 33-13/16 belt has a 7/8 wide top face, and 15 degree angle on both sides. This is a very common size belt used on Manco and Carter Series 40 go-karts and dune buggies, just to name a few. Please check the Specifications section below for detailed information prior to ordering.
I replaced the old torque converter on my go-kart with the AlveyTech one, and it runs so much smoother now! The symmetric belt fits perfectly with my Comet TAV2 series setup. Definitely a worthwhile upgrade for those looking to improve performance.

Arrived damaged, disappointed
Unfortunately, the torque converter showed up with some dents, and it didn’t operate correctly after a short use. I was really looking forward to installing this on my Manco go-kart. Hopefully, the company will replace it without too much hassle.

Decent part but installation was tricky
The torque converter itself seems to work well, but the installation instructions were a bit vague. After a few attempts, I finally got it mounted properly on my Manco go-kart. It’s performing alright now, but just be ready for some trial and error.
