The Andersen toolbox model 13 serves its purpose well, but I encountered a few issues with the setup instructions. They were a bit unclear at times, which made the initial installation take longer than expected. Once it was set up though, it worked like a charm!

Not what I expected
I was excited to try the Andersen toolbox, but it stopped working properly after just a few trips. The locking mechanism seemed faulty. I’ll be reaching out for a replacement as this is not what I hoped for given the brand's reputation.

Very sturdy but arrived late
This connection toolbox is built like a tank and handles my heavy loads without a problem. However, I was a bit disappointed with the shipping delay. I expected to have it sooner. Once I got it, no complaints about performance!
