Product itself is good and fits my Tacoma well, but it took longer than expected to arrive. I was worried I'd have to drive without a mirror for too long. Works fine once installed, though!

Arrived damaged, very disappointing
I received the mirror glass for my 2018 Tacoma, but it came with cracks. I wanted to get it installed before winter, and now I have to deal with a return. Not happy with the quality control.

Installation was tricky
While the mirror glass works well on my 2017 4Runner and heats up nicely, I found the installation instructions unclear. It took me a bit longer to set it up, but now that it’s done, it’s doing its job!
