The product itself is solid, and the heated feature works well. However, it took nearly two weeks to arrive, which was frustrating. Still, I'm satisfied with how it looks on my 2016 C-Max.

Fairly easy install, but minor issues
Installing this left-side mirror was easier than expected for my 2014 Escape. However, I did notice a tiny gap at the edge of the glass that isn't ideal. It's functional, but I wish it was a perfect fit.

Terrible Experience, Arrived Damaged
Unfortunately, the mirror glass arrived cracked. I was really counting on it for my 2016 C-Max, and now I have to go through the hassle of returning it. Disappointed with the quality control.
