I was really excited to use the Autel EV charger since it has all these smart features. Unfortunately, it stopped working after a couple of weeks. I’m not sure what went wrong, but I’m a bit disappointed. It was working well until then.

Great for the Price, Few Flaws
I bought the Autel 50-amp charger for my garage, and it has been a solid addition. Charges my car quickly, but the Bluetooth feature sometimes disconnects. I wish the build quality was a bit sturdier since it feels a bit lightweight. Still, it does the job!

Decent Charger, Setup Was a Bit Tricky
The Autel Level 2 charger works great most of the time. Charging speed is impressive. However, the installation instructions were not very clear, and I had some trouble pairing it with the app. It took a few tries to get the Wi-Fi working right, but now it’s good!

Good Charger but Shipping Was Delayed
The charger itself has been performing well. It charges quickly and the AI functions are cool. However, I had to wait a week longer than expected for delivery, which was a bit frustrating. Just something to keep in mind if you're in a hurry!
