I was excited to install the Auto Meter 1499, but I received it with a minor scratch on the face. It still works, but I expected better quality control for the price. I’ll keep it, but I’m not thrilled about the cosmetic issues.

The Auto Meter 1499 is a solid tachometer that looks great in my car, but I had some trouble wiring it up. The instructions weren’t super clear, and I struggled a bit until I found a helpful YouTube video. Now that it’s working, I’m happy with the performance.
