Not quite what I expected
The B&W hitch works, but I was disappointed with how long it took to arrive. I needed it for a trip and ended up having to wait several days longer than expected. Once it was installed, it was fine, but the shipping could definitely improve.

Mounting issues with my truck
I had some issues getting this gooseneck hitch to mount correctly on my 2019 RAM. The holes didn’t align right and it took more time than it should have. I like the build quality, but the setup process was frustrating. I wish the instructions were clearer.

Good hitch, but install was tricky
The hitch itself seems great, but the installation was a bit more complicated than I anticipated. Took a couple of hours and I had to re-check the instructions multiple times. Once it was set up on my 2019 RAM 1500, it worked like a charm though!
