The Bell Custom 500 is decent for short rides. I like the vintage white finish, but I found the fit a bit snug. It works okay, but I wish there was more padding for longer trips; my head starts to ache after a while. Still, I think it’s a solid choice for cruising around town.

I was excited for the Bell Custom 500 helmet but it arrived with a small scratch on the gloss finish. It’s frustrating because I really liked the design, but now it feels less special. I contacted support to see if I can get a replacement, fingers crossed!
