Installation was tricky for me
I bought this Bilstein strut assembly for my 2014 Smart Fortwo, and while it improved the ride, I found the installation instructions a bit confusing. I had to watch a few videos to get it right. Once it was in, the struts worked well, but I wish the instructions were clearer.

Good but the delivery was slow
The Bilstein front strut assembly works great for my 2010 Smart Fortwo. It's a perfect fit and really improved the suspension. However, I was a bit frustrated with how long it took to arrive. Took almost two weeks, which felt too long for just struts. Still, I'm happy with the product!

Arrived damaged, not happy
I was looking forward to installing these Bilstein struts on my 2015 Smart Fortwo, but unfortunately, they arrived with a dent and scratches. I contacted customer service for a replacement, but it has been a hassle. I hope the new ones arrive in better condition!
