Overview: injection-moulded Polycarbonate shields in gradient finishes. Plated snaps feature the Biltwell anvil logo. Fits stock 3-snap visor configuration on most helmets. Accept no substitutes: make sure the next Bubble shield you own features the ''Biltwell'' script logo. UV tested: Biltwell Bubble shields are UV rated at UV +50 with over 91% UVA block and over 99% UVB block. Shields were evaluated for UV resistance as per test method aatcc 183. :--:Care and Maintenance:: Bubble shields from the plastic industry's glory days in the '60s were an instant hit with the hip chopper crowd, and have remained a popular safe-riding essential in modern times, thanks to advancements in polycarbonate technology and mold-making. Biltwell bubble shields are a snap to install, if you start with the center snap and move outward. To clean your shield, use mild soapy water solution and a microfiber cloth to loosen bugs and road debris, then dry it with a second clean microfiber towel. Never use harsh household or petroleum-based chemicals to clean your bubble shield, especially on the inside, as they can destroy the shield's special coatings.
I got the Biltwell Bubble Shield in chrome mirror for my motorcycle helmet, and it looks fantastic! The anti-fog feature works well during colder rides, and it's so easy to install. I love the UV protection too; it feels like a great value for the price!

Came damaged, very disappointed
Unfortunately, the Biltwell Bubble Shield I received had scratches right out of the box. Not what I expected for a chrome mirror finish. I contacted support, but the return process was cumbersome. Hope others have better luck!

Nice shield but not perfect
I bought the Biltwell Bubble Shield for my riding sessions, and while it looks awesome, I found it fogs up a bit more than expected when it’s really humid. The scratch-resistant feature is nice, though, so I’m hoping it holds up with time!

Good shield but a bit tricky to clean
I really like the design of this Biltwell Bubble Shield. It blocks the sun well and looks super cool. However, cleaning the chrome mirror finish requires a bit of care, or it can easily get smudged. Just be careful and it'll serve you well!
