Not what I expected
I was excited to use this rack, but it arrived with a few scratches on the finish. Also, it doesn't seem to adjust as easily as advertised. It works okay for light stuff, but it's not as sturdy as I hoped for heavier loads.

Installation was tricky
The rack itself is great for my Dodge, but I found the installation instructions a bit unclear. It took me longer to set up than I expected. However, once it was on, it feels really secure and holds my surfboards nicely.
