The kit includes resin and hardener for a permanent, 100% waterproof seal that hardens in as little as two hours and is compatible with most paint.
I bought the Bondo fiberglass resin repair kit for a home project, and while it worked well for sealing, the instructions could’ve been clearer. I ended up wasting some resin figuring things out. It did the job in the end, but I wish it came with better guidance.

Not worth the hassle
Unfortunately, the Bondo fiberglass resin kit didn’t meet my expectations. The resin arrived partially hardened and it was tough to work with. I ended up throwing it out after a frustrating experience. Would not buy again.

Solid kit for DIY repairs
I used the Bondo fiberglass resin repair kit to fix a few cracks in my boat. The 0.9 quart size was perfect for my needs and mixed easily. The results were pretty impressive—strong and durable! Just a heads up, make sure to work in a well-ventilated area as the smell can get pretty strong.
