Bosch Blue Disc Brake Pads were created for the everyday driver, and benefit from the same robust testing and engineering processes as our premium braking line. Bosch Blue offers advanced, platform specific friction formulations for optimal performance. Blue delivers superior noise dampening capabilities with OE-style multi-layer shims. Rust inhibitive coating prevents the formation of rust and corrosion which can lead to pad degradation and noisy braking. OE design slots and chamfers deliver superior braking performance and efficient, quiet stops. Precision manufactured to strict tolerances for guaranteed fit, and simple, hassle-free installation. Supplied with synthetic lubricant for reduced resistance on sliding contact points. Set includes brake pads for 1 axle (2 wheels). NOTE: Pads come wrapped in a protective blue shop towel within the box. Hardware not included.
The brake pads work well on my Taurus, but they do make a bit of squealing when I first start driving after they're installed. I've noticed better braking performance overall, though. Just wish they were a bit quieter.

Perfect Fit for My Explorer Sport Trac
Had no issues installing these brake pads on my 2005 Explorer Sport Trac. They fit perfectly and have held up well so far. The blue color is a nice bonus, too! Definitely worth the investment.

Not What I Expected
I purchased these for my Mercury, but they squeak a lot more than I thought they would. They do work fine when it comes to stopping, but I wish they weren't so noisy. Could've been better.

Great Performance for My Explorer
I installed these Bosch semi-metallic brake pads on my 2017 Ford Explorer and couldn't be happier. They grip really well and have noticeably improved stopping distance. The blue color adds a nice touch that I didn't expect!
