Bosch Severe Duty brake pads use the latest technology in friction for best in class performance, quiet operation, and long life under demanding conditions. Severe Duty pads are ideal for vehicles subject to constant stop-and-go operation or that carry heavy payloads - driving conditions that demand the most from your vehicle's braking system. Features OE-style multilayer shims, slots, and chamfers (where specified) for correct platform specific fitment and a hassle free installation process. Severe Duty pads are engineered, tested, and manufactured in North America. Set includes pads for 1 axle (2 wheels), synthetic lube, and hardware (as applicable). Pads come boxed with a paper inner wrap for added protection.
These pads are solid and perform well, but I found the installation instructions a bit confusing. Took me longer than expected to get them on. Once they were fitted, the brakes worked like a charm!

Not as quiet as expected
I was excited to try these pads on my Ford but they are a little noisy compared to my old ones. They stop well, but I was hoping for a quieter performance. Not a dealbreaker, just a little disappointing.

I received my brake pads with some packaging damage, which was frustrating. However, once I installed them on my F-350, they worked perfectly. Just wish the packaging was better next time!
