Finally, a simple and robust solution to accessing the area behind the rear seat backs in your 09+ Ford F-150 Supercrew, 15+ Ford F-150 Supercab, or 17+ F250 and F350. This complete solution provides and OEM-looking nylon pull strap that can be used to release the rear seat latch and fold down the rear seat. The bracket firmly holds the latch pull in place and also guides the strap towards the top of the seat for easy reaching. Fitment Notes: 2009 - 2014 F-150 Supercrew models can utilize two latch release kits (one each side of the 60/40 rear seat). -2015 + F-150 Supercab and Supercrew models store OEM tool kit behind the passenger side seat and use one latch release kit for the driver's side. 2017 + F-250 and F-350 Supercab and Supercrew models will utilize a single kit on the driver's side.
I recently installed the Builtright Industries rear seat release on my 2015 Ford F-150, and it was a breeze! The blue strap looks great and makes accessing the rear seats super easy. Definitely a handy upgrade for my truck!

Disappointed with the quality
I really wanted to like this rear seat release for my F-150, but it broke after just one use. The strap felt flimsy, and it just didn't hold up as I expected. I might look for a different option next time.

Works fine, but took longer to arrive
The rear seat release is solid and does what it needs to do, but it took a week longer to arrive than expected. I was a bit annoyed, but now that it's installed, I appreciate how much easier it makes getting into the back seat of my F-250.

Great addition but tricky to mount
This product is a good idea, and I love the blue strap, but the installation wasn’t as straightforward as I thought it would be. I had to watch a couple of videos to figure it out for my 2017 F-350. Once it was on, though, it made accessing the rear seats much easier!
