Buyers Products Retractable Three-Rung Truck Step features non-slip treads and bolts onto your vehicle for easy installation. Steps are available in your choice of bead-blasted stainless steel, or black or yellow powder-coated finish for corrosion-resistance. The steps fold away when not in use and does not block access to truck boxes, reservoirs, or other equipment.
I’m really happy with my Buyers Products RS3 truck step! It retracts easily and gives me solid footing. My only concern is the metal feels a bit thin, so I hope it holds up over time. So far, so good!

Misleading sizing, not what I expected
I ordered the Buyers Products RS3 expecting a bigger step, but it seems smaller in person than advertised. It works for my needs, but I wish it was more spacious. Just be aware of the actual dimensions before buying.

I’ve had the Buyers Products RS3 step for a couple of months now. It works alright, but I noticed a bit of rust starting at the hinges. I expected better, especially for a black metal step. Just keep an eye on it!
