I received the Caltric drag link for my LX280 with a dented package. Thankfully, the product itself was fine and fit well. It’s performing as it should, but the damaged packaging was a bit concerning.

Stopped working after a few uses
I was really excited to replace the drag link on my GT245, but it started having issues after just a few uses. I expected better durability from Caltric. Disappointing experience overall.

Good product, but delivery was slow
The drag link works well with my John Deere GT225, but it took longer than expected to arrive. Once I got it installed, everything went smoothly. Just wish the shipping was faster.
