I was really excited to replace my A-arms with these Caltric ones, but they arrived with some damage. One of the arms had a noticeable dent. I reached out to customer service, and they were helpful, but I was upset having to deal with this right off the bat. Not what I expected for my 2019 Pioneer 1000.

Okay but had some issues
The Caltric A-arms did their job, but I ran into some trouble during installation. The instructions weren't super clear, and I had to watch a few videos online to figure it out. Once I got them on my 2020 Pioneer 1000, they worked fine, but the process was a bit frustrating.
