This key switch from Caltric is compatible with my 1999 TRX450ES, and it does the job. It was easy to install, but I felt it was a little more expensive than I expected. Still, it works well and seems durable. Just hope it lasts!

Received a defective switch
I was really looking forward to this ignition key switch for my Honda 450, but it arrived not working. I tried to install it, but it wouldn’t engage at all. Very disappointing experience. I’ll need to return it and find another one.
