The muffler silencer works fine after installation on my 2016 Yamaha Viking, but the packaging was all torn up when it arrived. Thankfully, the product was intact. Good performance, just could’ve been better handled during shipping.

Arrived damaged and unusable
I was really disappointed when my muffler silencer arrived with a dent. It wouldn't fit properly on my Viking 700 at all. I had to return it, which was a hassle. Maybe I just got unlucky with the shipping, but it was a letdown.

Not what I expected
I bought this Caltric muffler for my 2015 Viking, but it didn’t fit as snugly as I thought it would. It works, but I had to do some extra tweaking. It’s quieter than before, which is great, but installation wasn't straightforward.
